This relates to the account delation process for the Strong Girl Society App, by Interruptive Studios.

I have signed up but can't login!

Firstly, be sure to check your password is being entered correctly, if you can’t remember it or the service is still giving you an error. Please reset your password.

How can I delete my account?

Launch the App: Open the app on your device and log in using your account credentials if you haven’t already done so.

Access the Settings Screen: After logging in, locate the settings icon within the app interface. This icon is typically represented by a gear symbol or three vertical dots. Tap on it to access the settings menu.

Scroll Down: In the settings menu, scroll down until you reach the bottom of the screen. Some apps may have a designated “Account” or “Profile” section where you can find the option to delete your account.

Choose “Delete Account”: Look for the option labeled “Delete Account” or similar wording indicating the account deletion process. Tap on this option to proceed.

Confirm Account Deletion: Upon selecting “Delete Account,” the app will prompt you to confirm your decision. This step is crucial to prevent accidental deletion of your account.

Enter Your Email Address: To verify your identity and prevent unauthorized deletions, enter the email address associated with your account. Ensure that you input the correct email address accurately.

Tap “Confirm”: Once you’ve entered your email address, review the information to confirm its accuracy. Then, tap the “Confirm” button to initiate the account deletion process.

Account Deletion Process: The app will now proceed to delete your account along with all associated user data. Depending on the app and the volume of data, this process may take a few moments to complete. Please note that this action cannot be reversed.

Subscription Reminder: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so separately through your app store or subscription management service.


Have I lost my progress?

Your SGS account data, including profile details, progress, and recorded information, is securely stored on our server and will not be deleted under any circumstances.

However, if you initially subscribed through the App Store or Google Play Store, your subscription is tied to your Apple or Google account. This allows you to create multiple SGS accounts without difficulty, as long as your device remains linked to the same Apple or Google account used for your purchase.

If you’re unable to view your previous progress in the app, it’s likely that you’re logged into a different account. It’s crucial to ensure you consistently use the same email address each time you log in to avoid this issue.

If you’re unsure which email address is associated with your main SGS  account, please submit a support ticket, and our team will investigate the matter for you promptly.
