This relates to the account delation process for the Strong Girl Society App, by Interruptive Studios.

I have signed up but, didn't subscribe. How do I re-join?

After logging in by pressing the profile icon at the top of the screen, if you sign back in you should be able to re-subscribe. Or you can register a new account!

I have signed up but can't login!

Firstly, be sure to check your password is being entered correctly, if you can’t remember it or the service is still giving you an error. Please reset your password.

How can I delete my account?

Launch the App: Open the app on your device and log in using your account credentials if you haven’t already done so.

Access the Settings Screen: After logging in, locate the profile icon within the app interface.

Scroll Down: In the settings menu, scroll down until you reach the bottom of the screen. Some apps may have a designated “Account” or “Profile” section where you can find the option to delete your account.

Choose “Delete Account”: Look for the option labeled “Delete Account” or similar wording indicating the account deletion process. Tap on this option to proceed.

Account Deletion Process: The app will now proceed to delete your account along with all associated user data. Depending on the app and the volume of data, this process may take a few moments to complete. Please note that this action cannot be reversed.

Subscription Reminder: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so separately through your app store or subscription management service or request below.

ALTERNATIVELY, REQUEST DELETION BY USING THE CONTACT INFO BELOW. USING THE EMAIL ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ACCOUNT.

Have I lost my progress?

Your SGS account data, including profile details, progress, and recorded information, is securely stored on our server and will be deleted in regular intervals if your subscription is not valid.

However, if you initially subscribed through the App Store or Google Play Store, your subscription is tied to your Apple or Google account. This allows you to create multiple SGS accounts without difficulty, as long as your device remains linked to the same Apple or Google account used for your purchase.

If you’re unable to view your previous progress in the app, it’s likely that you’re logged into a different account. It’s crucial to ensure you consistently use the same email address each time you log in to avoid this issue.

If you’re unsure which email address is associated with your main SGS  account, please submit a support ticket, and our team will investigate the matter for you promptly.

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription via the website by pressing the profile icon in the header of the page.

However, if you subscribed in-app you must manage your subscription there.

How do I report a bug?

Simply enter the bug in the box below and press submit, its helpful if you can describe the bug in as much detail as possible. For example talking about the steps that got you there, and the rough time it occurred.

How do I request a refund?

Sorry to hear you aren’t happy with your subscription! If you wish to request a refund you must contact the platform you purchased through, if you purchased through the web please submit your request below.
