I started my running journey in June and have been LOVING it thanks to these programmes!
Three days ago I took part in the Rome Marathon and got a new PB of 4 hours and 28 minutes, that’s a whole 31 minutes taken off since the end of last year!!
I’m on week 3 of the half marathon plan, absolutely loving it and hitting loads of PBs already!! These tempo runs are no joke 🥴🥵

Sophia has been a Strong Girl Society trainer for over a year developing running guides and training programmes, helping hundreds of community members with their running journey. Sophia has completed various incredible challenges such as triathlons, ultramarathons and her first Iron Man
Melissa Maddix
Melissa is a fitness model and mobility instructor and loves focusing on flexibility and mobility to help her stay strong and understand her body on a deeper level. Melissa overcame her fear of the gym to make a career jump and get out of her comfort zone, saying yes to new opportunities through fitness
Isabelle Maddocks
She loves strength training to push and challenge herself and support her mental and physical health. Isa is a functional training coach and her goal is to help more people learn to love movement and feel confident in themselves through pursuing healthy lifestyles.
